Hey guys, finally stumbled accross a forum with some good old canadians... Need help on my frist cycle.. thinking of doing test e wit a min 12 weeks.. frontloading 1000mg for 4 weeks remainder 500mg... What pct should i use to keep gains and reduce estrogen effects.. theres so many suggestions always nolvadex, clomind, arimidex, etc.. what is the required pct for that cycle..my stats are 29 yrs old 165lbs 17% bodyfat... my diet is good, and fat is coming down quickly..

165lbs and 17% bodyfat? Unless you're 5'2" I'd honestly suggest you have lots of room to gain natty.
If you don't take that advice... I think a 2-3 week frontload would be sufficient and for PCT all I've ever used is nolva. With test e start 2 weeks after last pin do 40mg ED for 1 week, then 20mg ED for 2 weeks then 10mg ED until you feel normal.

you've already decided what you're going to do, so ill spare you anything else.
two weeks after your last shot of test, use some clomid
week 1 100mg clomid/day 25mg aromasin
week 2-3 50mg clomid/day 25mg aromasin

nope not 5'2.. 5'9..The way i look at it.. I could go buy supplements etc.. and spend the money on all that stuff and get probably decent gains, but no where near as efficient as just doing a cycle of test e.. Im not looking to do cycle after cycle.. i just would like to gain about 10 lbs of solid muscle.. Just by doing that having more muscle on the body will burn fat off the body.. the 17% I quoted is prolly a little high..Im not planning to use it right away.. I just want to acquire everything I need then when the time is right use it...

you'll find there are many people here that are very knowledgeable. sometimes the stuff that's posted isn't always want you want to hear (read), but it's usually in your best interest.
good luck, make sure to be clean about things, eat big, and you'll grow. you probably wont see any gains until like after week 6.

lots of guys start out like that I think, I know I did. I thought I just will do one cycle and that will be good.
but it doesn't work like that, at least for most people. gear is addictive.
if your first cycle is effective, you will be hooked, and you will cycle again. I can almost guarantee it.

If you're eating right and training hard you should be able to put on that kind of muscle in a fairly short amount of time natural. If you can't do that natty, then you'll most likely just lose it after your cycle.
How's your diet and training look right now? How long have you been training?

Listen bro, I'm not trying to give you a hard time but I think a lot of people jump in to the darkside long before it's necessary. I'm 5'8", 210lbs at a similar bodyfat with only two small cycles under my belt. I was 200lbs before I did my first cycle and I trained for ~9 years before my first cycle.
If you don't want to listen that's cool but I'm just giving my opinion.....

yep ill have to agree. to the op, sounds like you arent really into the bodybuilding lifestyle. you WILL loose your gains once you come off juice and go back to excercising 1ce a week.
the great thing about gaining the weight natty is that you will keep your gains since it will take probably ~1 year of good training/diet to get 10lbs of LBM.
