6 weeks into my Test cyp cycle 250mgs E3D and my boys havent shrunk 1 micro meter. Why do I get the feeling Im injecting grape seed oil? On top of that a guy at work the yesterday said "hey, loosing weight I see, trying to get the 6 pack ready for summer?" FML.

test cyp does not react well with everyone. I don't gain shit from it but enth I bloat like a pig. I would ignore the coworker and what does the scale say?

they shouldnt be shrinking after 6 weeks on.....
are you eating enough...cause the Test can eat up your fat if you arent....
are you getting stronger at all ??

Maybe it is my diet. I'm pretty strict and I eat super clean. Pretty much eggs whites, almonds/walnuts, rice cakes, chicken and brown rice and protein shakes. at about 3000-3300 cals/day.

The protein I was taking before was low cal, low carb, low fat, pure whey @ 50grams/serving. I just switched it the other day to something with higher cals and more carbs which will easily bring me up over 4000cals/day.

The scale says I'm going up, but only about 6lbs in the 6.5 weeks Ive been on. Im inclined to attribute the weight gain to the higher cal diet. Its clean weight Im putting on, and I'm defiantly loosing BF.

I'm running 250mgs every 3rd day. for 12 weeks so about 625mgs/week

Thanks for the help guys, its nice to not get my ass flamed like most other website. I love this country.

nope. but reality disagrees with you. do a quick search. some people its enth, some its cyp, but different bodies react differently.

i would just up the cals for sure. you've only been on for 6 weeks. i hardly notice any gains before 8 weeks. everyones different i have a friend that gained around 10 pounds in his 3rd week.

Im at the point where the idea of chewing makes me sick, but I'll up them more, I want this badly.
Do you guys do cheat days once a week or 1 cheat meal every 3 or 4 days?

I was kinda like you a few weeks ago and they I decided to let rip on the diet and eat anything and everything. Holy crap, 12lbs in a week. Then the gains stopped but I ate like crap for another week putting on fat only. Shite. So now I've got to start leaning up (it's getting warm outside) but will have a cheat day or 2. Just have to listen to the body. During the letting loose at one point I was eating a few 200cal each cookies I started to sweat. Meaning the leptin levels were cranked, good feeling. I'm already planning on what foods to buy on Saturday to consume sun/monday.

I've always gained a lot of weight in spurts, natural or not. I remember doing the 20rep squat program a long time ago and putting 9lbs on in 4days! Then nothing, damm.

My nuts shrink on every test cycle. Sometimes more than others, but
always by week 6-7. (except for when on that sketchy *cough*.. empire labs shitznazzle.)

Just up the cals as you have been suggested, lots of people tend to think that there diet is impecable, and then are shocked when they dont get the results that they want, whats happening is your probably just eating above maintanence (just speculating )combined with training is whats is probably is causing you to look leaner while not adding any body weight on, you should try if your havnt included yet adding a shake or two, add some extra virgin olive oil to them, try a weight gainer, more carbs, more efa, 50 grams of proteing per meal just try to minipulate your diet befor you label your gear bunk. You dont nescisarly have to eat dirty and cheat all the time, just eat , eat and eat, Testes arnt always a sign if your gear is good or not. my testes only shrink up at the end of my cycles

Hey guys, thanks for all the positive feedback. I love this website. Just a quick update here, the gear is definatly not bunk. No sooner do I post this thread then the cyp kicks in overdrive. I guess weeks 6-7 are the magic numbers for this stuff. I upped my cals by 1000 (not as clean but whatever) My strength went up almost overnight and I know the mass will follow. Might not be as lean as I want but that's a bridge I'll cross when I get there as I have no problem leaning out. So thanks again, guess I should have waited to see, my bad fellas.
