She is fat, stands in a BOSU in one leg and does one arm overhead triceps extensions :bch and looks at you with disdain because she knows how to do these "advanced" exercises that will help her to develop her core muscles.

I had heard about her a few times, I though she was a urban legend but now I thing that she is a Taliban trained person train to instigate terror in me.

I swear I saw her and it wasn't pretty or hallucination...

Yes. And it appears as if she's stalking me. I'm at my fifth gym since moving to the lower mainland because she eventually always shows up, sometimes with friends just like her. I really hope she won't show at the latest gym, but alas, I know she will at some point. :mad:

yes, i know this girl. i will admit that she is hardcore, as she uses the one and only power rack in my gym to do your bouncy ball exercises

it was more like a drag and roll, she fell on her knees and held on for abit then she let go and the treadmill rolled her off lol just like dropping a big marshmallow on a treadmill
