This has not been 100% confirmed but it has been stated on some boards that LE has the encryption key for both hush and cyber email services. Just a heads up. The recommendation at this point is to use:

The only thing is it cost $60 for a basic account. I guess you get what you pay for.

Where are they located. And yes everyone should clear out and dump their hushmail and cyber accounts.

it really doesn't matter, most email servers will be in full compliance voluntarily with LE and if not, a warrant can easily be issued. Never assume you are safe.
