Nutritional breakdown is available on the website, but I will post it here for ya.

Per serving (1 scoop, Approx 25g)
21g Protein
1g Carbs
0.5 g fat

I like the taste of all the flavours with Banana and Chocolate being my favourite of the 4. It mixes instantly in water, you dont even need a shaker cup, you could mix it with a spoon in a glass if you had to.

What's the ingredient breakdown? Is your product Ion Exchange, Cross Flow Microfiltered?

Yes it is Ion Exchange cross flow microfiltered. I dont have the ingredients breakdown as I wont be back in the store till sunday. I will update this thread with the ingredients then.

I suggest you do your homework... around $10 for a pound of isolate is an excellent deal!!!

you obviously dont get out to buy ISO whey do you...If you did you would know that to find a deal that is being offered is a GREAT price...

Montreal would probably be 2 day shipping and its free because its covered in the cost at $220 or $400. Those prices are both taxes and shipping incl.
