My last cycle was a bit messy where I did not count calories rather tried to consume a large variety of proteins, carbs, and fats. I had great gains and minimal fat % gain.

This time around I want to maximize my lean muscle gain while decreasing my body fat percentage.

I am at 15% BF
191 lbs, 23 yr.

Im going on a 16 week cycle of:
16 w * 500mg/w
4 w * dbol
12 w * deca 200mg/w

Im thinking of keeping my calorie intake at 4500 (40% protein/40% carb / 20% fat)

a solid 5 day split

1. What should I expect in theoretic goals in fat percentage decrease?
2. What should I expect in theoretic goals in lean muscle increase?
3. Should I change anything in my diet?
4. Should I add in Cardio?
5. Should I take any additional supplements to aid my goals?
6. problem area seems to be the gut, while arms, back and legs are extremely lean the gut area seems to be the problem area. Any specifics to targeting ?(ex. controversial spot injections of certain vitamins/suppplements)

wow this is a lot but thank you guys in advance for the help:greet

I am not going to answer all your questions since I don't have all day, lol...

generally speaking, bulking and loosing fat contradict themselves...

16 weeks is long enough to bulk up for 8-10 weeks and then add cardio, change your diet and add clen if you want....which should allow you to cut down on some fat.

Of course you'd be able to change your composition a bit... but I think that you"d get more out of your cycle when focusing at one thing at a time...

Not that i want to piss on your parade bro,but you cant add muscle and lose fat at the same time. The best you can do is keep fat to a minimum. So that means 400-500 calories over maintenance.I would add in a couple sessions of cardio to help.

As for targeting a certain part to lose fat thats another myth unless you use liposuction. Some say though that localize pinning(like IGF) may add some muscle, but then again theres nothing in research studies that would suggest this.

Using gear is a trial and error process. You know this. If while on your last cycle you got quality gains and minimal BF % increase then why not just do the same thing?

Just tweak your diet until your satisfied with the amount of lean muscle your putting on with minimum fat. I think if your looking to gain solid quality gains then the dbol is a waste.

I used to be of the school of thought that one can't gain quality muscle without gaining tons of fat, well I don't know if i'm lucky genetically or what but I'm eating 3700 clean clean cals everyday at about 50/35/15 and i'm only putting on muscle and I feel great! That being said I'm sure I could look bigger and put on alot more weight if I just pigged out everyday, but in the end its all about what YOU want.

If you're looking to target the midsection then do just that. I think alot of guys that are just about bulk bulk bulk totally miss there abs when they're on some massive bulk cycle. **** it, bulk up those abs too!

Yeah, I agree.. work those abs hard and add a few weeks of cutting and you'll end up with awesome, visible abs...( if you do it right.)
