Have been doing Ventrogluteal injections for the last 4 weeks and have been getting lower back pain and lots of fluid retension after the odd poke. What causes the fluid build up and how can it be prevented...?? Never have this problem when doing shoulder or quad shots. My current cycle is test E 1300mg/week and tren E 450/week and .25mg a-dex/week and have been this since Nov. Not holding much if any water anywhere else...

I was thinking of suggesting a natty diuretic.

(Sweet i felt your ass tonight.) Ya gotta a black girls booty of loot.

Dandelion will help you shed water naturally. The herb store here will encapsulate it for you.

Dandelion salad is sold at Sobeys..eat a bucket of it with Red Rasberry Vinaigrette salad dressing on it.

I thought maybe to use the heating pad but NOW I think better of it...Heat causes more swelling. I use to use Prep H but switched to the following product before Nationals.

Physique sold me some stuff in a spray can to help burn problem areas while doing cardio before contests. It was expensive as hell. I'll go round it up and see what everyone thinks of using it on that area.
