So I changed up my routine and am working out heavier and 4 days instead of 3 days a week. All that is going well. I just can't seem to get enough sleep. I always seem tired and sore. Right now I am lucky to get a solid 6 hours sleep. I seem to wake up at about 4-5am and then toss and turn until I eventually get up.

I know insomnia has been dealt with in other threads but I do not have a problem getting to sleep. The problem is that I can't stay asleep. Any pointers or supp suggestions would be great.

Currently I am running 500mg test\week. I have also just switched from Sust to Test E.

Try melatonin. It helps to induce a deeper sleep. I use it nights I know I'm only going to get six hours or if I haven't been sleeping well.

Melatonin I find only works for a short period of time, so in essence you need to take something when you find yourself waking up. So maybe a smaller dose of Melatonin when your waking up?

I just got some Melatonin. My local health food store which is notoriously expensive had Naka on for $5 a bottle (3mg x 90). If it works I will go buy their remaining stock. I will try it out this week and post my results. I will be in Cuba next week and often have sleep issues while there. I will take some with me and see if it helps.

I think mine are tabs. But because I am using them to keep me asleep as opposed to helping me get to sleep, I figure the slower absorption will be better.

Phone sex to Cuba is an expensive proposition. Bell charges $1.80\min.

Hemotropin from Nutrabolics is a good supplement and works well for a good nights sleep.

5-HTP 100mg.Melatonin works best when the sun is out from spring to fall,so you can try that out 3-5mg before bed.

As mentioned 5-HTP and melatonin is a good combo

Also 5HTP and valerian root does the trick for me...

First night I took 6mg Melatonin and though I fell asleep much faster it did not keep me asleep. Actually, I was awake earlier than usual. I will add some 5htp to the mix and see what happens.
