Hey guys new to this board, just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone.

Been into BBing for 2 years now not mentioning the years before that weren't serious at all and before that 3 years in martial arts till I wanted mass gains. Looking to hear some great tips from you guys and I look forward to throwing back some feedback your way also ;)

Oh ya I guess I'll mention I'm from BC :) Maybe a few of you are from here also, which would be cool then I would have a better idea of what's on sale and whats a rip off....>> though PM's ofcourse :)
