Hey guys, ill present myself, im new here... Im 5f9, 230 pounds, 18% fat, just turned 18 years old. Im gonna participate to my first comp which is 22/11/09. I live in quebec so its coupe progym, a regional one. So i just want some advices from you guys, except : stay natural ur young again. Bla bla, i know all this, but ive made my decision and ill assume any consequences. My long term goal is to be an IFBB, so of course i have to introduce gear to myself to get up there. So ill start my 2nd cycle for cutting for the comp.
Heres my idea :
week 1-12 100mg Prop eod ( Profina 100/100 blend )
week 1-12 100g Tren A Eod ( Profina 100/100 blend )
week 10-12 Masteron 100mg Eod
week 6-12 25mcg t3 ED
Week 12 is the comp.
Should i introduce ifg-1 LR3? for fatloss ,fullness and vascularity? w/e, some people says to keep the best gear for later, ie : gh , insulin, igf. But i want to have all the chances on my side, and i dont want to screw up and never grow cause ive used too much gear. Also i know its 97% diet and 3% gear, ill have the diet checked also, ill cut carbs . week 1-6 ill do CKD and 6-12 ill just cut carbs. So i have much to learn , since this is my 1st comp, but i know i have the potential for winning, i just need to get directed in the right road!

Shit at your young age you don't need t-3,or IGF,your body should be able to burn calories like crazy.As you get older then take t-3,or IGF,but i would take GH anyday over IGF.All you need is ECA or clen to cut up,lots of cardio,and a low carb diet.

But hey i got a question. Since ive switched my arms program, i feel that im loosing size or just not growing anymore. My previous arm routine made grow like a weed and i was always sore for 3-4 days, like my normal routines of the other muscle groups. Ive always made 16 sets for bis and 16 reps for tris. heres my current program, and heres my previous ( best program ) . My question is : should i go back with my previous program, even if i did it for 4-5 months, but i was still sore after each training , after 5 months, or should i stay with this one and dont listen to my body and just continue , even if im not sore or thinking im not growing :P . Btw i have 18 inch arms. now i feel like a 17 inch -_-.
Current : (w/ = superset)
4 sets Barbell Curls 105 pounds
w/ 4sets EZ bar triceps extension pullie 225 pounds
4sets of Hammer curls 50 pounds ( hammer curls that are infront of my body, my arm is like this : L .... when you look at me from the front. )
w/ 4sets Rope cable tricep extension 195 pounds
4 sets of ez bar , biceps curl close grip with 165 pounds
w/4sets dips machine 240 pounds
4 sets of wide grip bicep curls pullie, with 135 pounds
w/ Supination tricep extention with straight bar with pullie ( 90 pounds )
Previous :
4 sets of 1 arm preacher curls dumbell 65 pounds
w/ 4 sets of skullcrushers 115 pounds ( that bitch hurts my elbows )
4 sets of Hammer curls 65 pounds ( when tired i alternate my curls )
w/ 4 sets of behind the neck , seated dumbell tricep extension 100 pounds
4 sets of concentrated curls with 40 pounds
w/ 4 sets of dips ( no weight added )
4sets of pronation grip barbell curls 90 pounds
w/ ez bar cable supination triceps extension with 180 pounds
a 1st cycle with over a gram of gear and you are including tren.......imo you shouldnt be doing 1st cycle on the way into a show as you have no idea how you will respond to the gear.....1st cycle should be test only or test and an oral and during offseason.....just my 2 cc

Ive made 1 cycle 6 months ago, 16 weeks , deca test and winny... gained 10 pounds and kept all. diet checked too.

If your sore after your work-out for 3-4 day all the time that's not good,you should cut it back by 1 set and see how you feel,you have way to much lactic acid build up.
