I like going to local shows and checking out different organizations that come up. I never heard of them before.. INBF.. I believe it stands for International Natural Bodybuilding Federation....I saw their advertisement at our local gym.( I believe they have been around for 7 years)
Went to check out their show yesterday in Calgary .. I was really disapointed at the attendance by competitors.. wow... There was one woman for all classes ... ONE... That;s it.... In the mens division it was alittle better but not by much.....There were a couple of nicely symmetrical and lean competitors.... but max per class competing was 4 in the lightweight ( best class in my opinion ) and light heavies...
The show lacked organization...they need to work on this.. lots of dead space
The audience was awesome , cheering all competitors no matter what...I love seeing this as all competitors work their asses off to be there.
No comparison to the provincial and federal organizations...
I think the concept behind it is good and I like to see different takes
All in all , they need to work on the profesionalism of the show .
Would I go back to watch?? probably.. it's the only show that happens in Calgary
Kudos to all who worked hard to put it together....
