Hi Everyone,

Looking for some opinions on this. I am going away on a destination wedding vacation in a month and wanted to get everyone's opinion on cutting for it. I've been bulking for a few months now and really looking to trim up the mid section and lean out to get the definition popping on all the muscles I've been working so hard to bulk up.

I wanted to know what you think I should be doing for diet and exercise given the 30 day timeframe I'm working with as well any supplements you think would help if any.

10-15 pounds max. I want to lean out as much as possible and get the definition out that I know is under that little layer of fat.

30 days is pretty hard bro, but if ur serious the one way i would try is the keto diet.

good clean diet and lots of cardio.... 30 days, you should be able to drop 8-12 lbs. cleanly.... depending on what ur bf is... assuming you're fairly lean though, i'd say if you lose more than that you're just losing muscle...

That's what I thought. I'm 6'4 around 210lbs. I think if I'm in the neighbourhood of 200lbs I should see some more definition in my abs and leaned out. As far as workouts go, does anyone have a good workout program for this?

Keto diet will get you there, try the Dave Palumbo diet,it is posted in these forums somewhere, it's awsome!
