Ok well i was gonna do teh Mississauga show but after looking closely at myself I decided not to.

Reason being i took too much time off and lost size.
At this stage last year I was leaner at teh same weight. I lost some muscle for sure so I want to tap into my muscle memory and get it back :P

I want to so a small cycle to get it back to at least where it was.

I have done about 4 cycles in the past. None were overly huge or anything


I am thinking of trying:

Test Cyp 500mg/ week
EQ (250-500mg?? not sure what to use here.)
and maybe kick it off with 2 weeks of prop

I can't afford alot of gear at the moment so I thiought this might be a nice little one to get started.


i'm going to keep my diet clean also. I want to try and stay in the 10%bf range.


any suggestions?

EQ should be 600mg

if you are doing prop..why not add some Tren Ace ?

I say stick with test and throw in some tbol only.

Leave other shit for another time.

tbol doesnt aromatize..dbol does and thats why you get water retention with dbol and not tbol..

i'm going to be starting mine extremely quickly.. test e 500mg/wk and 50mg tbol ED.. EQ sounds like a lot of fun and i'll probably try it next time..

Exactly...Nate hit it right on the head... no need for EQ in a bulking cycle when money is limited. Test/d-bol with an AI or Test/t-bol is all you need. I'd bump test up to 750mg/wk though since this is your 4th cycle and you are looking for some solid gains...

ok 750m is doable.
once I start working my part time job interlocking I will be ok. :) So I just ned to get 1 bottle before then.

ok now I have a question about Tbol.
I have always been told and run dbol for the first 2-3 weeks of a cycle only to kickstart it before the test kicks in.
Is it the same with Tbol? or dio i run it the same length as the Test?

100% right at least 6 weeks, TBOL is so light, One of my favourite products.
Tbol has always helped in sculpting my body, giving more detail over time.

T-bol is amazing stuff,you will love it at 60mg ed,with some test.

Why don't you just front load your test. if you plan on running 750mg week on test then first dose double it up to 1500mg and then run as usual. You'll get your test levels up very quickly and maintain it throughout the cycle. otherwise you wouldn't hit peak levels till 5 weeks in.

Thought I would post the diet that i am thinkign of doing with this small cycle.

How does this look?








Meal 1
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 carton (250ml- 8) Egg whites and 3 Whole Eggs

Meal 2 Shake
- 50 grams of Whey Protein
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 table spoon 3-6-9 Oil


Meal 3
- 8oz steak
- 300g Potatoes or Yams
- Steamed Veggies


Meal 4 Shake
- 50 g Whey Protein
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter


Meal 5
- 8oz Chicken Breast
- Steamed Veggies
- **** Add 1 ½ cups of rice POST WORKOUT DAYS ONLY

Meal 6
- 8oz white fish Halibut/Tilapia/Sole
- **Sub twice a week with Salmon
- Steamed Veggies
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar

Looks good, protein is nice and high. Watch how long you go after your shake meals...whey is only good for about an hour then you'll be cataboli
c. You could sub one of the shakes with a casein based protein and keep the other one PWO only. As you grow you'll need to up the cals to continue to grow.

nice looking diet kinda like mine atm but i have a 7th meal before bed thats whey with whole milk as i need all the cals i can get right now, actually all my shakes are with whole milk lol. Not sure if its a good idea but its workin for me, im going for pure bulk though.

try throwing in a routine of slower rep speed, mixing it up with the regular speed. i've found some good growth burst when i ease back just a bit on weight, but take the reps to a speed of several seconds. I find it strengthens part of the muscle that doesn't get as much work if people just throw the weight around. So for example, when doing bench now, i can basically stop and hold the weight with no problem at any point in the lift, all with good weight on the bar.

now I have a question about my test injections.
I heard tht it's good to split up the dossage into 2 shots a week
like I'm taking 750mg a week so a shot monday for 375mg and maybe thursday an other 375mg.

or just 1 750mg shot?

ok I have a problem.

I may not be able to get Tbol.

If I use Dbol instead I suspect I should use an anti-estrogen??

I know you can use arim or nolv but I could never understand the diffrence :P

you might not need to, depending on how you react to it.

and if you need to, you can probably get away with using 10mg of nolva a day, or .5 of arimidex EOD

what exactly is the diff between Tbol and Dbol? is there a huge diffrence?

Ok here we go the cycle is under way :P

750mg a week split into 2 shots a week
I'm using Dbol as Tbol is hard to get and I didn't want to wait for it.
Should I do 40 or 50mg? would it make a diffrence?
and 10mg Nolv a day :)
