Can a cycle usine Test E,Deca and Dbol mess with your blood sugar.Last few days ive had a couple of spells were i kinda feel warped out for a few minutes and then shaky for a while.Diets good (Im always eating and very little sugar) i train 2 on 1 off and get lots of sleep.Can it be from AAS or is it just me.

Go talk to your doc... This might end up being a symptom for something else that has nothing to do with your steroid use or a condition that is magnified by it. Just be safe and check it out.
I personally have never felt those symptoms while on aas btw

Testosterone can make you more sensitive to insulin(natural or exogenous) and enhance glyocgen synthesis, which is god for muscle recovery; however, I suppose this could cause hypoglycemic symptoms at times aswell. Maybe up your carbs a bit.

Hormone fluctuations can affect your intestinal flora, which can lead to yeast (candida) overgrowth. Candida loves to leech the sugar from your bloodstream.
