I feel shitty about ranting in the other thread so I'll give you some constructive criticism. Hands should be at your sides not infront. Thumbs hooked around your sides. Arms should be even with your body so that if you held a broomstick in front horizontally it would touch your torso and your arms (at the elbow). You are wider than you appear in the picture, good work. (I have always had a lot of trouble with this pose so I work on it more than others.)
Ya you need a little help with the Manditory poses.If you practice them right you will look much bigger try a few more then once you have it,post up a new pic with a proper Rear Lat spread.Just try to help that is all.

what makes all back poses difficult is the fact you cannot see!
Video that shit so you can see how it looks or have someone help guide you when doing the back side poses

im actually almost done my PCT.. my test was completely shut down for a few weeks.. now im back.. my labido is creeping in, lost little must, havent trained AT ALL! but im getting slighty fatter.. its ok 2 more months and another cycle starts with serious gains..
btw i quit smoking :)

Congrats man! Quittin' smokin' is alot harder than never-smokers could imagine... i quit about 8 weeks ago too... it gets easier with time man, keep strong
