Just some pics i was 160 in the front shot with the pants on and am 190 now any critisism is welcome im bulking right now want to hit 220 eventually then cut, i have gained alot of size i think and vascularity cheers.

thank you guys i work forearms 2 times a week as you can see they were lacking bad now to hit bi's and tri's hard.

will do im saving that for the 200 mark though lol was 192 today so a few weeks hopefully then ill get a fake em bake and lose the fur thx for the support its hard to be tall and skinny lol.

yea it does nate im 6'2" and my training partner is like 5'7" hes looks way bigger i can out lift him no sweat but he grows so freakin fast it makes me want to "forget to spot on that last rep" lol


in this sport being tall SUCKS ass!

So, you're 6'2, were 160 lbs. 4 months ago... now 192?? Were you lifting before you started here? eating? Not meaning to offend bro, you have made awesome progress, but it didn't look or sound like you really had been eating/training before 4 months ago... now on cycle for 4 weeks?

Please correct me if i'm wrong on what i read... if not... I woulda thought you could've made some great gains w/o aas for a while 1st.... not judging, and don't know your situation... just surprised you weren't flamed for starting when it doesn't look like you had been working very hard on it in the before pic....

Again.... sorry if i sound harsh or judgemental.... but 160 at 6'2 seems soo small... i'm 6' and was at 165 2 years ago... that was lean as hell, and i had a decent base at the time too.... idk, i may just be overtired and rambling now as well

anyways... great progress, you're fiilling out great... keep it up :puff

also, the waxing dude.... it almost made me cry... but i also got a boner too, so weird eh?

hot chick waxed me and test prop is bad for random boners


also, i got ingrown hairs on chest after being waxed. and will never wax again. ever. will go for lazer removal next time.

no offence bro here is the deal 7 years ago i was 205 in good shape and trained regularly did a couple small suspension cycles and didnt have a clue how to use it properly and/or come off aas, alas we had a child and didnt have time to train and or eat proper. So basically lost all mass, now that our son is older i have more time to train right and eat proper so i decided to get back to were i was. I went up to 180 before i started my cycle and decided to go for it, your right i coulda waited but ive been here before and know what to expect. However thank you for the insight and support. And yes im now almost done week 4 of a test e d-bol cycle i front loaded prop till now.

I understand the situation, at least partially. Havin' our 1st kid in a couple weeks, but I'm takin' off a few months for parental so i can bond with the kid and help my gf out.... and keep my training and eating in check :)

Great work on gettin' back in shape, and good luck with keepin' it up

absolutly memory was a huge issue IMO ive slowed down now at 195

and for forearms i get a bar below waist height in a squat rack with 180 or so on it then grab it behind my back and curl it as high as i can with my wrists keeping everything else still for 12 to fail reps for 5 sets then i get on a preacher bench and with 20 pound or so dumbells with my palm facing the floor rotate my wrist down and up in like a backwards curl for 12 to fail reps for 5 sets then with a 30 or so on the preacher bench hold it vertical like doing a hammer curl with your forearm resting on the pad and rotate up and down for same reps and set as the others. On off days i have a 30 pound weight attached to a broomstick br a 4 foot cord and holding my arms out horizontal to the floor wind the weight up to the top then back down, burns like a mother i do this 3 or four sets till i cant do any more hope it helped!.

I ****ing have hair on my back... fine but its coming so I am waxing it before it looks like the shit on my chest... everytime I do this, I look like I have a disease on my back.. holy shit. I mean like my whole back is bumpy, red and shit... so yeah, just be happy your not a monkey like me, there are enough women who can live with chest hair, but back hair>.>>?/?
