Hey Guys and Gals.

I was hoping yall would help me put together a nutrition guide line for myself. I am 31 6ft and 280-290lbs . I have have a huge problem with not eating enough through the day. I find myself skipping alot of meals during the day because I don't know what to make. I would love to have a daily plan set for myself with recipe ideas.

I would aprreciate any help you guys can offer

cheers

well seems to me like you could kick start your metabolism with 5 to 7 small high protein meals per day are you working out?

Just gonna start back at it. I have been training off and on but I can't find the motivation.

Have a look around the board. There's lot of great information on here that will help to steer you in the right direction...If you're not going to the gym a lot right now start walking a little. Maybe 20mins a day for starters. Judging by your height and weight you're carrying a bit of extra body fat around and you're probably not that active if you're not eating.

I feel really sluggish in the afternoon. I always start my day with protein and water and I try for a yogurt after that and a lower fat type of sandwich, anything from tuna to extra lean turkey breast.
and then what ever I can muster up later in the day. I'm not a creative person when it comes to cooking so everything tastes either like shit or plain LoL.

Oats and eggs are a good breakfast with carbs and protein to give you energy through the first part of your day. Lately, I've been having 1 cup of raw quick oats in 1 cup of milk (like cereal) and 6 eggs for breakfast.

that sounds like a decent breakfast.

sounds like cardio is in order for you my friend until you get some more energy, walking is a good start or biking even you need to get out to the gym to see some good changes before the diet will work real good for you.
