This is why I am interested in knowing his dosages of IGF--slin, GH. Obviously what worked for him, may not be the same for you and I...but at least it gives different ideas on protocol.

Funny thing is, Hany has his guys on low doses compared to what the pros usually take.. food and training are such a big key in this game..
and yes Fouad looks great.. did you see his new pics at 280lbs with deep cut abs???

Yup. Dude ALWAYS impresses me. I can't wait for Tampa!
Agreed about Hany. People think drugs are the king maker in this sport when really, is it but a very small part of it of the overall picture.

Jesus look at his quads....quads drive me to the gym...I want and need more--always.
My upper is esay for me...but my quads is where I put my money at. Only because I love the pain and love getting results.

I did a 21 week diet. In all honesty I ate what I knew was good for me. From weeks 21-16 (@ 176) I had give my body time to adjust to cutting out all the junk and adapting to clean high protein and fat diet.
week 15-12 (@ 170LBS) I was eating high protein about 4 chicken breast (frozen bonless skinless), 1 serving of fish to which I was gettinig agt lest 30g protein and 1 1/2 cups of rice, with one serving of green veggies a day ( lettuce, celery, or a garden salad) I was also taking evening primrose at 3g ED. And honestly I did have one cheat meal on Friday.
Weeks 11-6 I was up to 5 chicken breast a day still 1 1/2 cups of rice and one serving of 1 serving of fish to which I was getting at lest 30g protein and 1 cup of rice, and 2 reg sized yams with 2 serving of green veggies a day ( lettuce, celery, or a garden salad) I was also taking evening primrose at 3g ED. And honestly I was still having my cheat meal on Fridays.
Week2 5-2 My appetite was through the roof! I was up to 8 chicken breast a day still 1 cup of rice and 3 yams a day with 2 serving of green veggies a day ( lettuce, celery, or a garden salad), and as funny as it seems at around week 4 I had a mad craving for raw carrots in which I had at least 2 reg sized carrots each day, I upped the evening primrose oils at 4-5g ED. And had my last cheat meal the 3rd last Friday before the show.
My last 2 weeks were tricky:
At week 2 I was eating 2 4kg boxes of chicken breast a week along with half cup of rice each day and 3-4 yams, I was having 2 servings of carrots along with 2 servings of raw baby carrots, I still kept the evening primrose oils at 4-5g ED.
My last week was carb depleting on day 5 monday I did 300g of carbs (mostly yams) and high protein, and my fatty oils were same right until Friday and had 8lts of water,
Tuesday I did 250 carbs high protein and tons of lettuce, and 6lts of waters
Wednesday I t was 150 carbs high protein and loads of lettuce,
Thursday I upped to 250 carbs (all yams) as I began to look very flat,
and Friday I just went flat out with carb loading on Just yams and had last serving of chicken breast around 6pm and had my last drop of water at 4pm,
I also noticed that throughout the nights around week 6 right untill the show I would always wake up around 1-2am and have to have a serving of 1 yam and 1 1/2 -3 chicken breast as this was my most hungriest time. And starting at week 2 I boiled all chicken breast in a boiler to get rid of any spices and excessive fats.

Fouad looks massive. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he is taking some sizable doses. I know drugs arn't the be all and end all in bodybuilding but it still takes a lot of drugs to look like that.
Unless I phsyically saw the injections taking place I could never be sure of what someone was actually taking. I hope he does well at the Mr. O. He qualified again right?

haha no prob. I gotta hand it to Fouad as to how he is another of our fellow Cnd BBers who is representing this country very well in the IFBB and this guy is only young and has great future ahead of him.

Nope. In matter of fact it was brutal I couldn't wait to get the show over.
To be honest I never ran the IGF along the way but did run the basics along the way at the minimum. I did try the IGF a few yrs back but never GH or Slin as I know when dealing slin has way too many risks.

To be honest there is no BS written in there but I did forget to include th I would eat anywhere from 1/2 - 1/3 cup of soy nuts ED.
I did remember all this never documentd any thing.

All i can tell you is that he is taking less then he ever did before as a pro and his results are even better then before, believe me or not I could care less.

1 000 000 is a big number it's smaller than 2 000 000 but it's still a big number. Is this a clear enough example of what I was talking about? "A lot" is a relative term but it can also be an absolute term.
Lets be straight up about this. Steroids are a huge part of bodybuilding. Huge. Find me a pro who is natural and you found me a liar. I understand the dedication, diet and training, probably better than most of the guys here. Hell I'm bigger than most of the guys that have been training for a while and ran a couple cycles. But don't ever forget that drugs are a huge part of bodybuilding. When I train my ass off and eat right I don't grow like the pro's and it has **** all to do with genetics.
When I see a guy who eats like shit and trains like shit make better gains than me because he's running some bullshit little cycle it pisses me off.
I'm not ranting at you canadianmuscle, just in general. Now I'm calm and my post seems excessive but this is still what I think.

I agree . Anyone who says gear is a SMALL part of the pro scene is a liar. I don't care how hard anyone trains or how well they eat. Lots of guys do this with the same dedication that pros do. What sets pros apart is that they dedicate their every waking minute to their body and have incredibly good genetics. Still , without sizeable amounts of gear they would still be amateurs. I personally know 2 pros and they say as much.
Lee Priest claims that he runs less than a gram in total when he cycles. Sure you do .
