Any accountants on here from Calgary?

Just checking to see if there are any accountants on here from Calgary. I run a small business and the last guy I was using just lost his job. So I need to find someone new who offers reasonable prices. I have everything organized and added up, just need someone to put the data in and get me some money back! I really hate tax season....

I am a teacher, but I also run a photography business on the side. Wedding photography pays really really well, so I don't have a choice I have to do it :p.

I also get the perks of being a small business owner, I run it out of my home, so I get all the write off's like utils, internet, portion of the mortgage/rent, computers, holidays (if I use them as part of my portfolio or do some business along the way), car expenses etc. It really is a good gig. But I need an accountant to calculate up all the crap, just incase I get an audit, their number is on it.

Actually another good gig is concession stands. I worked the food audit about 5 years back at the stampede, and all the vendors had to pay me 25% of the gross earnings in the day to the stampede board. After seeing some of the figures, I was like holy shit. Mini-doughnut guy as an example did 1.2 million in sales over 10 days (he had 3 trailers). Lemonade stand did around 185k in 10 days, german bratwurst snitzel guy did around 200k (with 1 trailer). I figure that the lemonade stand, and german guy, cleared in 10 days about what I make in a year with my teaching job. Business is where it is at if you can figure out how not to be married to it 24/7. My photography business with 30 bookings (30 days of work), makes more than I make teaching all year.

Before I got married yes. Last August I had the mother of the Bride hit on me. The wedding was at a hotel in red deer, and my hotel room was there as well. The mom got totally trashed and after I finished photographing the wedding at about 11:00PM, I went to my room, ordered some room service and then a few minutes later there is a knock on my door. I thought it was the food, but it was the trashed mom. She walked in and grabbed my crotch, I asked her to leave a few times and she was saying shit like, oh you don't want me to leave and she literally ran at me jumped on me, and started kissing my lips. It happened so fast, that I didn't react for about 3 seconds, and as her tounge came out, thats when I threw her off me, told her I was married and asked her again to leave. When I finally picked up the phone and threatened to call security, she finally got the hint and realized no meant no and then left. She probably ****ed some other dude. I admit it was hard to turn down as she was all over me and certain body parts have no loyalty to one women, so it was tempting. But, I never want to be unfaithful to my wife as she is a great gal and she deserves a husband to treat her right.

But, over the years I found out that the brides maids are totally jealous of the bride. They will **** anything just to make themselves feel better. Especially the ones who are single and getting close to 30, or the ones who are single and over 30.

Hah hah, anyone want to become an apprentice? At least I could enjoy knowing someone getting some of the action.
