Ok, I'm approaching 1 month of 10iu insulin pwo and 6iu GF (3iu am, 3iu pm).
It was suggested to me that I use 1 month insulin, 1 month IGF - back and forth.
I'll start the IGF April 17th, but I would like some information on injecting intramuscularly (previous instances I did sub q for IGF).
Do I inject the muscles trained right after? And what needles should I use for IM? Not sure these half inch slin needles are going to get too deep!

depends how lean you are, but 1/2 to 5/8" 29-30 ga. slin pins rock
get the slin pins that are one piece so you do not lose your expensive hormone in the removable tipped pins.
go IM in muscles worked bi laterally
example
on arm day, i would pin biceps (both) or triceps(both)
hit lagging parts
chest day, i would hit pecs
shoulder day, shoulders obviously
leg quads...
get the idea?
sub q should only be used for IGF Long R3 and even then it should be IM in muscles worked bilaterally
I would go 100mcg per day PWO.
IGF makes you sensitive to slin, so be careful
You might want to try PegMGF too if you can afford it, and go 500mcg in with each IGF jab. Smaller doses is a waste of time and money
You said you are doing 6iu of GF.... what is that... did you mean GH?

Maybe he meant GF for GirlFriend, but I never find 6 iu of GF to be enough.;)

I find 1iu of girlfriend to be enough!
And yah I meant GH, sorry.
I'm quite lean. So I'll just do 50mcg each side of my body relative to what muscle worked?
Thanks!
