+1 for costco egg whites

How many egg whites are you going through per day? At a reasonable rate those cartons will last u a while. Atleast til the next costco run :p

I've been buying chicken by the box at the shack in the parking lot of Dunrite chicken but I swear they have taken to injecting their breasts with water in the last 6 months. :(

Great breasts but the cash grab has me looking around for a new source for breasts.

The only problem with costco egg whites is that they are pasteurized. So all the enzymes are dead. I still buy them, but I also take digestive enzymes to help break down all the protein I consume.

Sobeys has a good deal on a box of breasts for 29,99 right now. At times they go for 19.99, just have to keep an eye out for them.

hmm how about oatmeal ground up in the blender with a couple scoops of whey? and /or cooked with whey mixed in thats what i normally do, eggs for me are just a break from the shakes.

your best substitute is going to be another lean protein source ex. protein powder, lean fish, lean chicken

Yup, that's what I do. I don't even blend them. Put them in a shaker cup, throw in a packet of splenda and just gulp it down...then I have my oatmeal :)

yep love the egg whites. used to cook them its sooo cool to see the proteins degrading but got tired of chewing.. now i just chug out of the carton...altho i wouldnt do it with a big carton i would pour in glass cause bacteria from mouth will get in and spoil it...

Last week i was talking with a Trainer (Martin Allard) that realy knows is shit and he told me to stop drinking Liquide eggs cuz something in there (can't rememmber the name) if not cook will make my body unable to assimilate Vitamine B's.

Just take a biotin supplement. It's really not THAT big a deal. People over analyze everything.

Since they are pasteurized(exposed to heat) you will not get that specific b vitamin deficiency when digesting.....if you were to crack open an egg and do it thats a different story.

Got the costco ones like you sed and very cheap and good. I put them in my protein pancakes before the show and it worked really well. Now i got one left over what should i do with it besides chug it straight? Put it in with my protein or something like that?

Costco is the cheapest you'll find. There is a company called Eggsel out of Brantford, Ontario that sell egg whites in bulk. Their cost is 49.99 for 10L. Works out to be $5 per L. Costco sell 3 cartons of 500mL for $4.69 that works out to 3.26 per L. No brainer Costco can't be beat.

Does anyone else have this problem? I find if I drink too many raw eggs I start to smell the sulfur seeping out of my skin. I usually throw in 2 or 3 whole eggs, maybe this is making the difference, but I don't think so.
