I tried a sample of CMI 24/7 before my workout yesterday. I have never taken any pre-workout supplements before except to add some L-Arigine to my protein shake about an hour before workout. The stuff messed me up. My skin was crawling. I felt like I was on speed. I could not concentrate. I was sweating like a fountain. For my warmup run I do 10 minutes at 9-10 kph on the treadmill. Usually I do not even break a sweat. Yesterday my shirt was soaked by the time I was done. Can anyone tell me what would have caused this as I want to avoid it in the future.

Are you used to beta-alanine? 3gs in a sitting will make most feel like their skin is crawling.

The beta alinine did the same thing to me except I kind of liked it but that's the way I am.

Beta-Alanine has the propensity to increase paresthesia (tingling sensation similar to niacin flush). This effect subsides after several days of continuous administration and is an inherent characteristic of Beta-Alanine.

Hey I liked that product! I just used it once ( free sample! LOL ) I was using a beta alanine product before so didnt notice the tingly sensation but I would almost have to say I liked it more than superpump! Thats weird that you got all freaked out, but I guess everybody is different, the first time I took sp250 I felt pretty goofed up I had to stop my workout half way through because I thought I waz gonna pass out! Now I just take half the dosage and Im awwight!

Mine was a sample too. I have some samples of SuperPump so I will try those next. I could handle the skin crawling and even the sweats. It was the feeling of being wasted I did not like. I could not concentrate. I could not even compose proper sentences when I was talking with my trainer.
