Welp I'm down to 217 from 238 so far. bodyfat is about 16% @ 5'10".
Test/Tren suppleentation
I had major issues with wanting to eat this week. It was similar to nicotine withdrawal. Although I wasn't hungry and my blood sugar didn't crash my brain was saying "EAT NOW ****ER!!" on wednesday. Interesting.
I'm starting a 2 week cycle of clen (day 3). Between the tren and the clen the night sweats are impressive. The shakes are an interesting side as well.
I'm pretty sure I don't like clen but I'm curious how well it will work.
I'm looking forward to the next 20 pounds. I'm guessing I will start seeing really visible changes as I get down below 12%.
I'm shooting for high single digits 7-9% before I move into maintenance mode for the summer.
