Should i change my cycle

Looks like im going to have to run .5mg of adex ed/eod for the rest of my cycle had a little bit of sore ness for 3 days in my chest but all is fine now and over all i feel great .

being this is my first cycle im not sure what i should do .. im half way through wk 3 and I´m thinking that the adex will lower my gains on my current 500mg/wk - 15 wk plan

would it be wise to increase my dose or am i just asking for trouble ?
Assuming i stay on for 15wks

week 3 and having gyno issues? seems a bit too soon but whatever......if you have nolva i would run it 10mg per day and drop the adex as it will kill your lipid profle......lots of guys get cold feet a few weeks into their 1st .....is it worth it to you? cuz thats what it comes down to.....

I just want to maximize my opportunity ....so i;m considering adding .5ml /125mg more test to compensate for the AI im on .

I would just stick with 500mg and run nolva if it was me and if you cant get nolva then keep it at 500mg n .5 adex eod

Ahhh....if you increase your test dose, you will just increase your estrogen higher again and will need to take more adex...

Let me let you in on something...you still have estrogen in your body bro, more than enough to support normal function and muscle growth. It does not take very much estrogen to support muscle growth or else women would have more muscle mass and less BF than men, wouldn't they????

You are not limiting your muscle gains by taking an AI, you are limited your water and fat gains...trust me your hormone levels are where they should be for building muscle; high test and low-normal levels of estrogen...do not change a thing...

Nolva is shit bro...it may treat gyno but it does not lower estrogen.. When a guy gets gyno symptoms, it obviously means estrogen levels are high.. and gyno is not the only side from high estrogen but gyno is pretty much the only estrogen side that nolva treats...

Yes but from his post he doesnt want something to kill the estrogen just the gyno... so thats why i said nolva I dont use it ever I hate it aromasin for me. hahaha

But, adex does not "kill" estrogen...Adex will lower estrogen about 60% but this is at normal estrogen levels, not cycle levels where androgens are pushing estrogen sky high...his estrogen on that dose of adex should be around normal range...

Speaking of killing estrogen...Aromasin is stronger than adex and it actually destroys or "kills" the aromatase enzyme...still though, even taking Aromasin on cycle, it will not entirely kill estrogen....with 500 or more mg of testosterone in one's system it will take double even triple the regular dose of an AI to bring estrogen levels to extremely low levels...
