View Full Version : T3 Experience for the last 23 days...
Heh guys,
I need some feedback from others who have used t3. I started taking liquid t3 (a generic cytomel) with various other agents. I started off taking 25mcg's twice a day for the first few days and I thought it was working as I went into the steam room after a 2 hour weight session, followed by 1 hour of cardio. The heat of the steam room was brutal so I thought the T3 was working.
The problem was that in the next few days, I felt no heat, wasn't sweating, no heart rate increase or anything to take note off. So I increased the dosage and ended up at around 125mcg for about a week or so and now I am up to 180mcg and still feel nothing.
So the question is, if my thyroid was tested before the start of this cycle and was at 2.65, which according to my doctor is an acceptable level, then shouldn't i be feeling the effects of 180mcg of T3? Or could it be that my free t3, which i didn't get tested is so low that 180mcg doesn't have an effect on me?
Any thoughts?

In 3 weeks, I lost about 2% BF. Hmmm... well it is good to hear that you you barely feel the effects of 100mcg. This is my first time using t3, I was expecting to feel it. I did however, notice that my hair was feeling a bit straw like.

I have been running an UG lab form of T3 (am I allowed to say which??)
also running 300mg Test enth./wk
T3 - started at 25mcg/day
worked my way up to 125mcg/day - where I am at now.
I have not lost any weight - maybe I have slacked a bit on the cardio - the T3 seems to kill my endurance.. but as far as 'feeling' anything - um - no I dont think I do? though again, this is the first time i have used it thus I do not know what to expect.
I have run clen before and there are definite sides effects related to dose - I expected the same here but to no avial.
I would be surprised if the T3 was fake - as I used the same labs juice this cycle and it was real - good results - same source etc. maybe underdosed?

T3 will cause the body to increase production of uncoupling proteins. Uncoupling proteins are a transporter family present in the mitochondrial membrane. It serves to uncouple respiration from ATP synthesis by dissipating the transmembrane proton gradient as heat.
This makes the body highly inefficient at producing useful energy, because in lieu of ATP being produced from energy substrates, heat is generated instead, without providing the body with useful energy.
This would be the reason your cardio is shit.

I also tried some liquid t3 with NO results. reputable lab too. starting to think that it does not store well in liquid.

I dont think you will get "the feeling" you are looking for running T3 alone. I assume you want to "feel" it working, add is some Clen/ECA/Caffeine/OTC Fat Burner/Coffee/Sugar free energy drink. Any of the above stacked with T3 will get you "the feeling" also you will be sweating and dropping fat during workouts for sure....

For the record it was 3 weeks, and I am on a calorie restricted keto diet, doing 1 hour of cardio in the morning 7 days a week, while weight training 3-4 nights a week. So dropping 2% BF in 3 weeks is to be expected as when I cut without the aid of fatburners, I can loose up to 4% in 4 weeks if I am extremely strict. By adding T3 I expected something more from it, as I don't feel it even at 180mcg's, nor do I see the effects of it.
