hi everyone, I've been here a little over a month and trying to digest all this great information. I've used weight training and diet to get myself from approx 260 lbs to around 195. Lot's of fat gone but still got man boobs i'm trying to get rid of and the fat loss is slowing down. I'm considering going the AAS route since my atkins diet (no starch ex...yams, pasta oatmeal) is slowing my muscle growth but don't have the balls. Might post some pics soon but in the mean time, here are my stats and some info so y'all know where I'm coming from......

diet --- atkins/low carb
