haha, alrite I know what your thinking, "what the **** is a neti pot?"
Well my girl friend brought one of these things home the other night, it is a a little pot which you pour water out of, into one nostrial, and out the other! I thought I was crazy for even trying it, but shit does this thing work! I recommend you all give it a shot.
It is supossed to help with head aches, sinus pain, stuffy nose, and helps keep your nose and mouth clean.
