What Anti E and AI during cycle and post cycle?

I wanted to open up a discussion on what people use during their cycle and their post cycle in regards to Anti-E's and AI's etc...

In the past, I've used Nolvadex and Aromasin while on and Arimidex or Letrozole afterwards with HCG. I have not always been properly educated on PCT, so some information on what compounds can be used together and when they should be used would be great.

If necessary ill use aromasin while on...havent had to yet in 15 years of aas use except precontest of course. During PCT aromasin and clomid.

i'm sensitive to gyno so i usualy run nolva while on.

i'm super sensitive to test, even at 250mg/week i can feel my nips getting super sensitive. so during i use a-dex. pct i use arom/nolva/clomid

When i was into my PCT i started getting some acne around my chin and on my forehead. Took Letro 1.25 mg per day for 4 days and the acne disappeared.

Ya substitute the nolva for clomid...run the clomid 100mg/day for 3 weeks and run the aromasin @25mg per day for 5 weeks...do not use HCG for pct, run it before and up to pct but no during.

If you plan to run adex for 8 months, get some blood work done to check your cholesterol. Arimidex can lower good cholesterol in some people.

Adex and Nova seem to work for me - i seem to be a little sensitive to test

adex while on and a little nova to just till the gyno stops hurting then just straight adex till im done

plan to just nova and HCG for my PTC


BTW GUS is the man in regards to this stuff

Also would it be a good idea to up the dose right before you start PCT?

A-dex wasn't to bad for me at all. Strength increased and size increased with out the bloat...

but my understanding that using an AI (adex)is better while on cycle then say a serm( ie nova) as it should allow for more estrogen related benefits...

So basically the way i read it is a AI decreases estrogen gen production but does not block the site so - you still can receive some estro

where a serm just blocks the site so you cant recieve any estro.....

umm an AI kills estrogen. I think I read Adex kills it about 80% and aromasin upwards of 100% so I am not sure why someone would think an AI - which blocks aromatization - would be better at allowing for estrogen "related benefits"

Why would you substitude nolva for clomid during PCT?

If I do this, could I run Nolva during a cycle with or instead of Adex?

Will taking 2.5mg a day for my 8 months take away from my gains?

I'm wondering what the exact prupose is to run clomid and aromasin for PCT.
A lot of reasearch on the web states that clomid on it's own is fine and I appear to have done fine on that in the past. Based on what i read on this board, I will probably add aromasin to PCT but would apprecaite if someone could clear up what the exact purpose and duration is?

AI and clomid for pct. HCG is a no-no. Read that in increases estrogen directly in the testies.

I'm currently doing old-school cytradren that is kinda old. It helps the skin stay clear and i'm hoping it helps the disapearing hairline too.

this is most of what i use

HCG- during cycle stop before pct(time depends on how long of esters you are using)
adex- during cycle
nolva- i only run on cycle if i can feel my nipps. run for about a week then adex, other then that use nolva for pct
clomid- use for pct

i have seen guys use letro, both on/off cycle depending on situation.
