Hey from the Okanagan. Early 30's been working out since high school with a few off years. Done a few short cycles over the last few years kept most of my gains.

Stats
5'-9"
190lb
BF 8%
Bench - Don't usually do it just DB's but can do a few reps at 315
Squat - 405 x 7 is my PR never tried any more
Deadlift - 465 x 2
