I don't get why these guys drink and drive when they have so much money. Get a limo if you're going out. Why take a chance? Bye bye career!

DUI is the most selfish and stupid crime to commit. Especially when your salary justifies you taking a cab or limo anywhere you want to go at any moment. I hope he rots in jail for the maximum sentence at LEAST!

The guy was trying to catch a bus after working the graveyard shift apparently.

What a piece of shit.

DUI manslaughter probably won't even get a year in jail...In Canada I think it's something like 6 months

''My family and I are grief stricken over the tragic accident which occurred Saturday on Miami Beach where Mario Reyes sadly lost his life,'' Stallworth said in the statement.

Accident?? HA! It was premeditated DUI manslaughter! When someone goes out to drink, they should have prepared a ride home for after. If you know your going to drive home after several drinks BEFORE you start drinking, that's premeditated!

Don't drop the soap!!

Ritcher I do not think he was being disrespectful...I guess youhave to read Jersey post a second time...he has horrible grammar/drama/spelling, and barely even starts posts with a capital letter.

lol. thanks man. my grammar and spelling is fine, its my punctuation that suffers on boards. i was just laughing at how Bowlcut worded it, cause it made it out to sound like he was calling the victim a piece of shit, when obviously he wasnt. ive seen a fair amount of messed up stuff in my day and i have respect for all of it. im also able to laugh at certain things as a way of dealing with it. if you wanna be super serious and shed a tear over everything thats fine, but i choose not to deal with things that way. dont judge me. i never disrespected anyone.

not you B2J

You're looking at about two years in Canada. It can be more though...Fortunately the States are tougher on that crime. Four years minimum and fifteen for the max.
