Nutella toasts are awesome haha, post workout i tend to eat a few, since its the only time duirng the day i take in simple carbs. makes me crave them right now though :(

I ate 1 potato chip last night. I can't believe how much salt they can get in their with the fat. I'm pretty sure 1/2 of 1 potato chip would have been fine.
