yep, when threads get pulled, they go in there i think.

This is one of the greatest ideas ever...I personally did not expect to see on on this site in particular---there are many behind the scenes reasons for the recycle bin..but yes, in the end, it is where ALL deleted threads are taken too---ADMIN or supermods with above average priviledges can edite the bin....but in most cases it is only the admin who can root those deleted comments elsewhere.
