Here is my diet that i posted about 2 days ago Iam trying to loose my gut
Morning- work out days- shake/oatmeal, after work out is shake- 2 eggs. rice and banna

mid morning- 2 yograts- with almonds

lunch- meat, veggies, rice or pasta, fruit

Mid afternoon( if i get one) shake, and 2 apples

din din- Girlfriend cooks, meat/chicken veggies and rice or pasta

i try not to eat alot after dinner but i know i should have a shake or somthing, i know i could use some work on my deit but i am full after i eat and once again my job an get in the way, and money to.My job can get in the way pretty easy casue i never know my hours i can work 4 hours to 18 hours in a day( not alot of days past 12 hours tho)

I will change my mid morning snack to a can of tuna with salsa and one yograt? I will only have skim milk in my coffee( one a day) Or do you guys think i should cut out diary??


any suggestion on what to change?

'Where is your cardio plan?

Drop the dairy and fruit. Lunch meat is junk food..loaded with salt and preservatives...eat more real meat.

Don't loose that girlfriend who cooks....that is your bonus.

This is why diets fail.

What are your stats and what are the cals? Don't have the women cook "whatever", plan it yourself.

And yeah...cut out the dairy for sure. The 2 "yograts" make no sense.

oo sorry guys, my main cardio days are tues, Sat and Sun ( i do cardio twice a day on Sat and Sun once at 8am next at 6:30pm for 45 mins. on my work out days( Mon.Wed,fri I take thurs off) i do 12 mins before and 15 after if i have time after I run for 5 mins. Iam 23 5'9 244lbs( already droped 4lbs in 2 weeks) and about 25%BF. I work out in the mornings before work, casue after work the gym i go to is super packed and iam totally spent after work (physically demanding job) the yorgant thing know its wierd it was just easy i would add almonds but i cut those. I will cut out the dairy I was drinking 4L of skim milk a week. The gf is awsome she cooks meat, veggies, yams, brown rice, whole wheat pasta.
I added a can of tuna to my salad for the afternoon break seemed to help to.

And you want me to cut out fruit may i ask why?? is it cause of the natual sugars??
