hey today i was @ the gym doing one arm bent over rows and when i was like i got a shap pain in my right bicep region...but i just went on with the workout but went lighter weight because it hurt....now that my arms arent pumped anymore...anytime i try to flex my bicep tingles and it cramps up....wat the hell did i just do....

You probably pulled something, get it checked out by a doc. In the mean time hit it with ice 15mins on, 15mins off. Take 400mg of Ibuprofen every 6 hours.

if theres no bruising ,could just be a strain, or pull. bruising is sign of tear. hopefully you dont have that

no bruising ive been icing it...not to bad today...took the day off...and tmrw is legs neways...then cardio abs..then shoulders/traps so its not really gonna get worked for a bit hope it passes

i think the same thing happened to me when i was doing pull ups a while back,its just a strain hopefully

I would go get some deep tissue massage to help speed up the healing.
