how to know if someone is allergic to eo

Do as they do at the allergy clinic. Break your skin with a needle and then put a drop of the oil on it. If it doesn't bump up, you're not allergic. If it bumps up, do not inject it in you.

Ya put a small amount in.But you will know is there sore for up to 5 days or more.When i did it it would be all red for a few inches and all hot,but it does go away just make for shit work-outs.Next time i try EO,i will give Sud Q a shot to see if i get all red and sore,like IM shots of EO.

i have some EO based gear i am planning on using very shortly.. i havent ran it before and dont know if i am allergic but i'm not allergic to very much stuff at all.. im just going to inject 1cc and see how it goes lol

WTF are you saying holi? I had a ****ing painful cycle with EO. One glute shot swelled up and got hot and red. Left the site for a week until I shot there again. Bad move, it took 2 weeks until there was no lump. Cutting it 60/40 (60% sterile oil) worked *somewhat*. Did the first shot in the quad and limped around for a good 6days.

(And that's why I said he should put some in a slight cut first - it is what was done to me when I went for an Allergy test) I had some 50+ little cuts on my back and they put a concentrated version of 'whatever' into each and see if it gets a reaction. Me telling him to inject was a bit of a joke :D)

Not it's EO IMO. The shit worked great too (primo). Problem was it took a while to get the sterile oil. And by the time it came I was 10days before I left for vacation so I did 1000mg of primo over those 10 days. 1 week into my vacation my skin erupted in nasty acne. Should have simply done 400mg and left a cc or two in the bottle.

If you are unsure inject .5cc into the GLUTE! Don't do the quad (can't walk normally), delts (can't lift the arm over your head), pec (boobs lol)
