Anyone experience a sore lower back while on Test-E and T-bol? I know it isn't the TEST-E bugging me. I am doing 500mg TEST (250mg twice a week), and 40mg of T-bol a day. I am well into my second week of T-Bol and I am getting the same lower back pain that I used to get when I did mt1.

I really hate orals because of crap like this. The only oral, which worked great for my and way symptom free was Var. I ran it at 80mg/day and had great results with no symptoms.

I am thinking about dropping the T-bol as it will interfere with my job, as I can't work with this lower back pain. I also read somewhere that lower back pain could be a sign that the kidney's are taking a bit too much stress. So question is, should I cut it out completely, or lower the dosage to something like 20mg.

how long are you doing the cycle for? how long of test and how long for tbol? how far along are you right now?

and yeah it is probably the tbol causing it from what i have heard..

I have been running Test-E for 4 weeks now, T-bol for almost 2 weeks. have done Test-E many many times, never had back pain from it. I seem to only get it with orals. So, my original plan was to run t-bol at 40mg/day for 5-6 weeks, then switch to Var.

The cycle will be about 14 weeks total.

This used to happen to me when my eating habits weren't too good, I was overdoing the carbs, now this never happens to me on a very clean diet with moderate carbs. If you need the extra cals and carbs for your diet plan, try taurine it helps with the lower back pumps.

Tbol does that to me too, even at doses as low as 20mg/day. Var and dbol give me those intense low-back pumps too...just leaning forward while shaving can give me a full-blown lower back pump that feels like I just did 4 intense sets of hyperextensions or good-mornings. Goes with the territory, unfortunately.

If I take any Test (prop, C, E, etc) I get BRUTAL lower back pumps. Very common in a lot of bros.

Like someone mentioned above - a lot of water, bananas but most of all - try and take it ez. Slow your gym workouts down - make sure you allow yourself an extra 30minutes or so. This really helped me.

The worst was when I tried to go to a grappling class while on. **** that was next to impossible.

its the TBOL. it does it to me every time. even walking i end up with crazy lower back pain and super pumps really easily. cant do hyperextensions at all as even 10 reps cripples me for an hour.

i know 3 others who used tbol and all had same symptoms

Well, I dropped the t-bol, back already feels better a day later. I run a business and I am heading into the busy season and need to be able to move around for 12-14 hour work days where clients are paying me a lot of money to do a good job. I guess I will need to change my cycle to Test-E and Var, which will have to probably wait a bit since my supplier is out right now.

Still find this weird as the last time I ran T-bol at the same dosage it didn't effect me this bad. Perhaps the brand I am using is a lot more potent than the last one I used. Or maybe its because I am getting older :P

Never found the tbol caused the lower back pain. Dbol did, but I continued with it. From what I have been told, it is nothing medically to worry about. Just a severe muscle pump along the spinal erectors. A good massage and muscle cream usually does the trick.

its most likely water retention. water retention is known to cause a sore lower back.

I just got back from standing at a nickelback concert for 3 hours and man damn lower back was very annoying. It has gotten a lot better since going off. I plan on going back on in September, when my business slow down and I won't have to be on my feet for 12-14 hours/day.
