I've been looking around for a few weeks now and thoguht I should say hi. The guy who invited me to join never did tell me what his name is lol, here's some info. (but not too much) I'm 35ish, and getting younger everyday, I've done my share to keep the underground movement going, I live in Southern Ontario,
Stats.
35
5'4" on a tall day
180 lbs
I'm on a winter bulk so bf is roughly 18-19% guessing
I quit smoking in Nov. and I need a three foot long cigarette and I mean now ;) this keeps me on edge all day, helps with the training though.
I start a good 8 week cutter today

my oldest dog is 15 years old has a real problem walking and now pee's herself when sleeping...I know I will have to put her down and that day will be one of the saddest in my ife...I hate the thought of putting her down...I am not into it..I would like her to go in her sleep so I don't have to have put her down...

That's when we put our old boy down. he was almost 12 but had a neurological disorder that casued him some problems walking and yet his mind was all there. It was a tough day but when I came home one day and he didn't even look at me when I walked in the house, then I figured out that he had pee'd and pooped without even trying to get up, then i knew his pride was shot and that was all he had left. his mind was still there and he would have hung on as long as we asked him to. but it just wasn't fair for me to ask him to that any longer.

So what did you use to quit? I had that Champix stuff and it worked good, I stopped taking the pills after 3 weeks.

Thanks Bro. I love Boxers and shepperds we got her from a great rescue organization, and it's been real trying at times, dealing with a dog that's been abused and fearful can have it's moments. She can get real protective of the wife real quick, and then go cowar in the corner like she's the ugly red headed step son.
