Best money I've spent by far

I gotta admit, the best money I've spent by far is getting trained by a competing BBer in person. There is only so much you can get from reading and watching others, and online trainers. Some of the smallest adjustments starting from the grip position onward can make a difference I never dreamed of. I've only had a few sessions with him, but every group we do, it feels like I've never hit/isolated these primary muscles.

Granted I'm relatively young and new, but I thought I had pretty decent technique. Anyway, thats all for my anti-rant :D

A good trainer is the best investment you could make. I had one a few years back for about 8months, best thing I ever did. really got me to that next level. plus the knowledge I gained has carried me a long ways even after I went back on my own. I would love to work with one again if I could find the right one. I live in a small town so there isn't many to choose from.
