First a little back story.
I have been involved in weight training and nutrition since I was about 18. I am a former fat boy (FFB), graduated high school with a 40" waist. In college I got educated and interested in bodybuilding and got my ACE and ACSM certification as well as taking nutrition and kinesiology courses in college.
After a couple years I got great results. Got into physique modeling for several years and got to travel all over the USA, getting paid along the way. Unfortunately I maxed out at only about 160lbs at 5'9".
3 years ago I was involved in a bad motorcycle accident. Ended up with a very badly fractured left leg, completely blown out left knee, broken right leg and foot and some crushed vertebrae as well. After 6 months of pain and rehab I got back to the game and work.
Curerntly I am dieting for the Ottawa National Capital Classic. I plan on coming in the light heavy weight class. This is my first show, the only experience I have with contest prep is helping my uncle backstage for the Canadian Natural Nationals almost 10 years ago.
Critique is welcome but keep it civilized :) And no comments about my bad posture, my back problems cause this. Also any contest prep advice or info would be appreciated.
