Here are a couple...

Turkey burger

Ground turkey is so blah and dry...

We tried this recipe this weekend which was quite good and made for a juicy high protein low fat burger

Lean ground turkey- 1lb
1 finely diced apple
1/2 finely diced onion
5 finely diced mushrooms
1 egg
1 finely diced clove of garlic

pan fry in coconut oil

Yum!

Baja Mahi Mahi

I really liked this one

Ingredients
1 lbs of mahi mahi steaks
1/1-4 cup diced tomatoe
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1/4 cup bell pepper diced
1 teaspoon diced jalapeno
2-1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 dash hot pepper sauce

prepare salsa by combining vegetables, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and olive oil in small bowl. Allow salsa to rest in the refrigerator for as long as possible...preferably overnight .. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and bbbq.. Top with chilled salsa

Makes 4 servings

Calories per serving- 123
carbs- 4.25 gr
protein- 20.5
fat- 2.5

MMMM that Baja Mahi Mahi Sounds good! I think I may try that one out!
OK a simple one I love:

Protein Pankaes
1 Scoop Whey
3/4 cup Dry Curd Cottage Cheese
1/3 or 1/2 cup Oats ( depending on ur diet )
Vanilla extract
splenda
Cinnamon

Mix Everything together, toss in a pan and cook em up! I have Calorie Free Blueberry syrup I put on them and Natural PB!! Sooooo Good!
