I looooove ground Bison

I am a BIG fan. There is a buffalo farm not even 20 minutes from here, and the local butcher that's a 2 minute walk from home sells their meat. Fresh, lean, top quality.

With a little luck I should get delivery from the bison ranch every month or two starting in April. I like the ground but it definitely needs a little spice. Much milder in taste than beef.

I really like ground bison. Unfortunately I have yet to find a grocery store where they sell it in bulk, the small packages get very expensive I find.
