During my last cycle, I had a wierd obession with tuna.
Depending on what time it was I would eaither just eat a can of tuna stright up, or mix in some mayo, bbq sauce, and hot sauce, and throw it on some bread.
What do you guys usually munch down on before your go to bed? Give me some ideas so I dont wake up smelling like fish every morning!

Cheers,
oster

The only thing that i could find at my supplementation store at this time that has casein protein was the meal replacement packages that is endorsed by Dorian yates. It was not cheap. It has a mix of milk, egg ,yogurt and some whey.

I suppose this is good for protein before bedtime?

Right now 6 hard boiled eggs and half a cup of oatmeal.

I eat 7 eggs! Kidding.

I only eat in meals. I never snack. If I did snack before bed I would not be eating carbs at that time.

Oatmeal, toast, pitas, crackers... wow you guys ingest alot of carbs before bed. You guys must be all shooting GH right? Haha...

For me it's usually 1cup of cottage cheese with some pineapple mixed in it, or a fruit chopped up, smeared with tons of peanut butter and wash that down with a shake... currently trying Syntha-6 too.

PB is a good source of protein, and peanut oil is an EFA. PB is a very slow digesting food, with a concentrated high calorie count (from the oil).

hmmm...

Ok. PB is mainly a fat though. Using it for bulking purposes does not sound very healthy even though it is a "healthy fat". If your using it as a bulking food im guessing you need to be eating alot of it and thats really not a great thing to be doing.

Well everyone has their own ways. Just keep it as healthy as possible.

This is exactly what I munch on all day because I sit behind a computer and carbs just kill me.

Peanut Butter on toast with casien shake before bed. I just have to have peanut butter, it's not my choice, I'm powerless over it and without it my life becomes unmanageble.

Co-Worker got me hooked on this. 1 carton of 8 egg whites, mixed with 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Cook in frying pan as you would cook pancakes. Top with a bit of natural peanut butter and wash it down with a glass of skim milk! MMMMMMMMMMMM
