Week #4 of 12/16(still undecided) and I'm down 17 pounds on the Palumbo diet for a 200# man. Down to 220 from 237 @ 5'10" Abs are just starting to show.

Using Tren/Test to keep from losing the muscle.

My stamina in lifting is down quite a bit although my strength is up. I've reduced volume and I'm trying to be careful to avoid injury.

I haven't added cardio or clen yet as I'm kind of concerned that if I lose too fast that I'm going to eat up muscle and it took some hard work making it this winter (maxed out @ 249)

I've been looking forward to tonights meal for several weeks. We are going to my favourite Italian restaurant and I'm torn between spaghetti and meatball and lasagna. Tiramisu will definitely be dessert.

How do you judge if you are chewing up muscle too fast and should slow down your weight loss OR alternately how do you know if you can/should speed it up? (It's not really clear to me whether the addition of cardio/clen might actually end up being more muscle sparing as I would end up spending less time in a calorie deficit - I'm a bit confused about this)

This is prep for summer and my next growing cycle rather than contest prep. How low should you go with bodyfat before it gets too expensive in terms of muscle given up to be ripped?

With a high Protein diet,and gear you will hold on to muscle mass,way to many people think they will lost muscle mass.You will be fine with Cardio don't worry.
