Hey, so I think I've finally decided on my 2nd cycle (1st was 150mg prop eod)... oh ya: 6', 188 lbs., about 14%bf, lifting for about 5 years (3 seriously with a good diet)...

Was gonna go with prop and npp, now.... thought i'd k.i.s.s until it slows in effectivenes...

150mg prop eod for 12 weeks
40mg dbol weeks 2-8
pct of nolva (don't think i'll need hcg yet with this cycle, as i didn't with 1st)

hoping to end up around 200 lbs. at around the same bf... might even extend the cycle to 16 wks to try and get a little cut at the end while attempting to solidify gains....

Advice please? Pretty sure this is what i'm gonna do now... if all sounds i'll get it this weekend... and probably start next weekend (and hopefully keep a log too)

Personally I'd go with longer esters like Enanthate and add in some Deca or EQ. I think you'd make better gains than with the Prop/Dbol.

Why do you want to use a fast acting test like Prop?

Probably I wouldn't use the dbol for 8 weeks either. I would use it for 4. 8 is overkill imo.

And I would do frequent injections of the enth. Like eod minimum.

I enjoyed the prop last time, figured i'd stay with what i like... may ditch the d-bol all together ( and that was 6 weeks :p)

I kinkda wanted to stay with 1 compound for my 2nd cycle if possible ( no sides really during 1st), try and get the most out of it on its own... was thinkin' about deca though...

How 'bout just droppin' the dbol and uppin the test to 100mg/day? I'm kinda leanin' toward that now... would try to just make lean gains, as it'll be the start of summer when i finish.... thoughts?

If you are willing to stay on for a while longer, I would start with prop, and roll over into test e. Maybe that seems more complicated, but it would give you an instant boost, plus you would be able to enjoy a slower come off at the end. Also, I find EQ ineffective under 600mg/week, and for less than 10 weeks. I personally like test e, 125mg monday/ 250mg wednesday/ 125mg friday - something to that effect. I get nice mini peaks that way. I don't like deca at all either. I would run it with tren and dbol, depending what your goals are. Dbols for the first 4 weeks, tren for the last 8.

keep it simple....you like prop and were happy with it......you dont need to double your dose the 2nd time around tho......150 eod will work great!!!

I echo this advise:)

Your receptors are fresh and IMO you will get the desired results...more does not always mean better.

Prop-dbol good combo also--perhaps keep the dbol for another time and use 4 weeks at the time:)

thanks guys... think i will stay with just prop at 150 eod, may up it if it seems weak after a couple weeks, but should be fine... may still throw in dbol for 4 weeks (i'll get some anyways lol)...

can't wait to try tren (sounds amazing), but don't think i'm ready/need it yet... although maybe next cycle, sounds like the best compound... that and test...

Thanks for all your help, it was all listened to and taken into consideration... i'll start my log in a week or so (when i start)

Actually running the d-bol from weeks 2-8 would be 7 weeks. :ne Count it with your fingers...lol...

Cycle looks pretty good...

HCG IMO should be used on all cycles...shut down is shut down...test and d-bol will shut you down pretty much just as hard as anything else...

I prefer using long ester steroids like Test E or Cyp, but why fix it if it aint broken right?

If the prop worked and you don't mind the frequent injections, go for it. However, if you're not seeing the results you like, I definately suggest upping the dose of Prop.

Dbols a nice kickstart to any bulking cycle.

I'm opposed to NPP as I don't see the reason in injecting more frequently. I suppose greater control over the steroid, but I'm the type of person to push through the side effects for the gains... I guess.

So, stick with the prop if you like it, bump up the dose for results and man... get on Trenbolone soon!

no one has said anything about this, but I find something wrong with the fact that you are 6', 188, 14% BF lifting for 5 years, and "seriously with good diet for 3 years". With a steroid cycle under your belt no less.

I am thinking your diet is not as good as you think it is...

Like when I get McNuggets instead of a Big Mac because I'm cutting ;)

You mean there is something wrong with nuggets for cutting?? What about the filet of fish??? I usually toss back a couple of those for my fish meal..
