Hey guys,
I want to lose around 5 pounds - nothing else and on my midsection. All of my body is thin except for that area and it feels like none of the exercise I do feels like it is working. I was hoping that somebody could give me a meal plan as to what I should be eating so that I could lose the weight.

Hi Jenny, welcome to CBB. You can't lose weight in just one area unfortunately. You'll have to diet overall and then the weight will come off there too. I am no good with meal plans though.

Do you do any lifting of weights? Firming your overall body will also firm your midsection. Maybe write down how you eat and how many calories and we can help you further. But I would encourage you to incorporate weights with cardio and a good diet.

I am in the same boat with you-I don't have much meat anywhere else-so I figured it HAS to come off from that area sooner or later-uuugghhhh. I have increased my cardio-and started weight training-AGAIN!! I feel my diet plan is fine-so I am just TRYING to be patient and consistant. Hopefully we both will get desired results sooner than later. (-:

Great attitude wonderwoman! Thats the problem with Some girls is they dont see the results right away so they just give up. Your totally right being Consistant is key. My aunt had trouble losing just that little pouch in the middle and she lost it they same way Wonderwoman is, but in my aunts case she just cut out the wine and booze and it dropped right off her. To type up a whole eating plan would be alot but the internet has tons of great info on eating plans for weightloss good luck Jen!
