so apparently im not getting enough fiber from my 200 grams ofoatmeal and 2 cups broccoli... any health issues associated with this other than constantly peeing out my ass?

Well as long as you don't shart yourself at work ...

Fiber also help to lower cholesterol.

Why not take sugar free Metamucil? or flax meal low carbs all fiber 1 big brick

Flax seeds. 7 grams of fiber per 2 tbsp. Mix some in yogourt with whey, oatmeal with whey. Plus there is 3.5 grams of omega 3`s.

Get all brand Buds 1/3 your daily fiber per 23grams of all bran buds.

Break down..

Fat 0.5
Carb 18
Fibers 9
Protein 2
BTW fiber won't give you no calories so knock off the 9grams of carbs,so you really only have 9 grams of carbs in total so 45cals.
I have 1 pack a day to help me shit a big load haha.

Fiber supplement recommended by Palumbo. Praetorian sells it on his site and for his athletes as well.

Everything I have heard says it is great. Sick of metamucil and benefiber doesn't do shit (no pun lol)

I take 2-4 heaping teaspoons of metamucil ED, i find it helps a lot for me.....just make sure you take alot of water along with it....and even chase it with a lot of water...

there's lots of options for more fiber though...

Jersey takes a bunch of hemp seeds a day for fiber (and other health benefits too) from what i remember him posting before...

2 Tbs of oat bran cooked into your oats...when cooked alone it tastes and looks like cream of wheat. I love it by it's self more then cooked into my oats.

(TMI here.. I have been accused of when talking about it so I'll be only suggestive). While out on the road I don't have sudden urges like with wheat bran. It's totally manageable and cheap.

I add psyllium to my shakes. You can get it pretty much anywhere, even Bulk Barn. Much cheaper than any other fibre.

Getting enough fiber has always been an issue for me...

I have been taking roasted flax seed .. It is awesome and based out of Sask...yes Canadian... I like to support Canadian

It tastes awesome!!!!!!... they have several flavours.. my favs are Milled Golden Roasted Flax Seed with Apple Cinnamon and Milled Golden Roasted Flax Seed with Blueberry... just throw it on top of yogurt or whatever you're eating... good stuff
