Dex-Gel

Damn its been a while but I gotta give this product and its inovative manufacturer a big thumbs up.

Trained my overhaed press tuesday, hit a big PR and then managed to tweak my shoulder on the last rep of my last set for the day on the incline dumbell press. Now currently I'm about 3.5 weeks out from the biggest and most important comp of my season, hence I was a bit pissed.

The injury wasent too bad and could be brought back to 100% before the comp but my overhead pressing has been steadily climbing and I would love for that to continue.

Yesterday I found an old, almost empty bottle of 9* Dex-gel and applied it sparringly before I went to bed... Then BAM next day the pain has subsided subsantialy and it feels like I'm gonna be pressin big in no time.

Now from what I remember this product dosent work for everything, but when it does its FREAKIN' MAGIK!

I still got a few old bottles hidden somewhere, lol. Never worked for my problems but it was an impingement problem. Hmmmm I do have some tendinitis going on but the wife hates DMSO breath... drats.
