Clen is effective for 4-6 weeks straight everyday depending on the person, thats how long it takes for the beta 2 receptors to become affected. To tell if it is still working you should take your temperature and if it isn't going up .5 to 1 degree you need to take the same amount of time off.

I prefer helios hands down. You actually feel good while taking it. Clen, on the other hand, makes me feel like shit and the cramps can make it difficult to do cardio and train (i still notice them even after K and taurine).

Does benadryl work for clen also? Or just ephedrine?

Neither if your talking beta receptors.
Will help you sleep better.

Agreed. I've been going through heart issues since december, and being a beta agonist clen has a major effect on your heart. I can't even take 20mcg of the stuff anymore, so I'll have to try helio's next lol

benadryl helps to replenish your b2 receptors, but not enough for the average person to run it for the long term.

it's debatable whether benadryl actually does anything. The only thing proven to up-regulate the beta receptors is keitofen.
