Hey was looking for some advice on fat loss, cutting.

First off I'm not really looking to get bigger, just leaner and more cut.

I'm currently around 245-250lbs and 6'1. Bf % is around 17-18. Im 27 yo.

I was looking to use some clen or albuterol and t3 for 6 wks to lean out a little more. Then switch over to some aas. My idea was to run anavar/winny. I've never jabbed before so I'd prefer to use orals. I would love to try using Test-E, Tren, T3, and Winny, but i'm a little worried about jabbing and inexperience with how to and lack of a source for some of it.

I'm a noob when it comes to aas. The only thing i've ever used before is Clen and Albuterol. Clen does not do wonders for my heart. I have read a lot though on a lot of boards and feel I should be ready to try some aas.

For the Alb/T3 cycle I was gonna start with

Albuterol T3
Day 1-3 8mg/day 25mcg/day
Day 4-6 12mg/day 50mcg/day
Day 7-10 12mg/day 75mcg/day
Day 11-15 16mg/day 100mcg/day
Day 16-32 16mg/day 150mcg/day
Day 33-36 12mg/day 100mcg/day
Day 37-40 8mg/day 50mcg/day
Day 41-42 4mg/day 25mcg/day

For the Var/Winny cycle I figure I would run 8 weeks.

Winny 50mg/ed Var 100mg/ed

Any advice is appreciated.

Please don't count on drugs to get you leaner. If you are not looking to get get bigger then why do oral AAS? very bad for your liver. What you must concentrate on is diet. Cutting is all about your diet.

Yea thats fine and dandy I understand that. I unfortunately do not have a year I only have 4 months. Getting married and wanna look my best. I started the Palumbo diet 2 days ago so I should be going into ketosis today or tomorrow. I get a clean diet/hard work is pretty much the best way to lose weight. I'm just looking for some assistance along the way. AAs would be to keep the muscle I have and not lose much. Plus I want to see what using aas will be like since I have never done it.

in 4 months, if i was 250, 17-18%, i could lose 20-30 pounds....easy....with cardio and diet alone

you will lose some muscle mass, sure, that's a given, but you will be 220-230, near 10%. You will look and feel great.

To be honest, clen is over rated if you ask me. All it does is **** a guy up and make him shaky. My opinion of course, but nonetheless, I have run it a few occasions and never noticed anything dramatical in weight loss department.... However some say to take it for anti-catabolic properties, so if this is a fact, cool. I dont know much about that though. Everyone has differing opinions.

T3, good stuff... take it, but dont get crazy. Max dose is 100mcg, and taper up and then down over the course of about 5 weeks. then take 5 weeks off so your thyroid doesnt get ****ed up

E.C.A stack, never tried, but most here will tell you to do this instead, and most here rave about it. I am going to have to give this a whirl, but back to my original point, I can lose weight like crazy if diet and cardio are in check

Do not rely on drugs, as none will work if you dont do the cardio, and dont have a lean diet. (besides DNP but that shit is retarded)

Do cardio, lift, do cardio, eat starch only after weights, repeat.

Wanna do any sort of drug?

At the last month or when you are at least 12%.

Use stuff now and what will you have when you are at a lower bf?

Yea true enough, i guess just diet, could lose close to 30 or so. The training/diet arnt a problem, I was just hoping with the albut/t3 I could make it around 35-40lbs in 4mnths. Guess thats possible without if I try hard enough. Thanks for the advice.
