Hey guys, just got some Aboleo and i was just looking up all the ingredients on wiki.

Aboleo:

50mg Caffeine
3mg Yohimbine
2.5mg albuterol
3mg Meridia
10mg Rhodesia (what's this, couldnt find it on google)
12.5mg DMAE (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethylethanolamine)(according to wiki "It is also an additive to paint removers")
40mg Green Tea Extract

My main concern is the DMAE, is this stuff safe to take???
Also what is Rhodesia, couldnt find anything on google/wiki

Short-term studies have shown an increase in vigilance and alertness, with a positive influence on mood.[2] Research for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) has been promising, though inconclusive.[3] Long-term studies are equivocal. Some showed dimethylaminoethanol to increase the lifespan of animals in which it was tested, while others indicate a possible reduction in the average life span of quail.[4] With the uncertainty of whether this could be extrapolated to humans, dimethylaminoethanol supplementation is not generally recommended. It is possible that dose is a major determining factor in the overall effects of dimethylaminoethanol - a high dose could produce effects opposite to those sought and contribute to life-shortening.[5]
Ok, so what is considered a high dose?? lol.....

From what I could tell.. this chemical seems like it's more for industrial use than supplementation. I'd steer clear of that shit. Apparently it's use to stimulate the central nervous system.

Reminds me of DNP..... yuck. Some chemicals are better left to industrial purposes.

WHOA! Hold on.... DMAE is a dirivative of choline and would be considered a brain food or even at one point a smart drug. Also 12.5mg isn't going to do much.

That`s correct. And that dosage will not do anything. I`ve just been experimenting with DMAE recently and typical doses per day are 200-600mg.

Rhidiola rosea for it to have an effect is taken at 500mg once or twice a day so 10 mg is not going to do anything.

I`ve just starting taking these 2 products along with some others I will be logging soon. So far the results have been very impressive.

I had DMAE as part of a nootropic cocktail I was taking called "brain octane" and I also bought a 1kg bag and supplemented up to a gram a day. I felt great, mentally more alert and was experiencing some fat loss although weight control was not the reason I was taking it. I will certainly order more when I have some more coin.
